1. How does the payment process work for making a reservation on Tobagobookings.com?

 

When you make a reservation on Tobagobookings.com we collect a small deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit shows the hotel you are ready to book so they can reserve your desired dates. Once you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from Tobago Bookings providing you with the Hotel Manager’s contact information so that you can arrange to pay your remaining balance. Some hotels request payments in advance and others will allow you to pay when you arrive.  Always make sure you read and understand the hotel’s policies before you make a reservation to avoid any confusion.

  

2. Can I cancel my reservation?

 

We understand that life happens and as a result plans need to be cancelled. You may cancel your reservation; however, the deposits made to secure your reservation are non-refundable. If the remaining balance is paid, your refund is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policies. If you need to cancel a reservation please email us at: reservations@tobagobookings.com so that we can further assist you.

 

3. Are the photos on Tobagobookings.com staged?

 

One word, NO! If you see a “Tobago Bookings” watermark on the image it means we personally took the photo and what you see is what you get! We don’t believe in staging properties to make them look better, because we put ourselves in your shoes and understand you don’t want any surprises.
