Payment for reservation: To book the villa a 20% deposit must be paid with a credit card or PayPal account directly to Tobago Bookings. The remaining 80% balance is due directly to the management. Within 48 hours of your initial deposit half of the balance is due to the management and within 1 month prior to your arrival date the remaining half is due. You can pay the full balance if you would like or break it up. Please note: If you're booking within the same month your reservation falls under, your full balance becomes due within the 48 hours of your initial deposit payment. All payments to the villa management will need to be made via Cash Direct Bank Deposit, the account details will be provided to you once you make your reservation. Cancellation: Half (50%) of remaining 80% balance paid will be forfeited.
