The remaining 80% balance is due directly to the villa management alongside a 1 night refundable damage deposit. Within 72 hours of your initial deposit half of the balance is due to the management and within 1 month prior to your arrival date the remaining half plus damage deposit is due. You can pay the full balance if you would like or break it up.

Jason Kanhai 06/22/2018 10 / 10 This villa was beyond amazing and met all our needs! Each room in the house was extremely clean and well organised. The villa itself is smartly designed and makes a great use of space while also being well decorated. Each bedroom came with sufficient extremely soft towels for guest use.The kitchen is extremely well equipped with possibly every appliance and utensil you can think of. There's also a cooler with wheels stored in the laundry room, if you ever need one. While there was no TV in the living area, the 2 master suites have TV's and you'll want to spend most of your time at the poolside or patio anyway enjoying the Windward breezes and view. Susan the housekeeper is extremely helpful and can provide cleaning services for you when needed (except on Sundays), once given sufficient notice. A few notes: *Ensure that you have half hour available during check-in and check-out to review the item list for the house.
